Don't usually leave bad reviews as I get in life things happen and mistakes are made but fraud is a different matter. I recieved a invoice from Eastlink as a nominated driver by sawicki group pty ltd, after I called Eastlink to lodge dispute googled them and Frankston Kia is part of that company. I did a test drive with but not on the day nominated and never went on eastlink when I test drove. I find it hard to believe with eletronic records and digital recording they could get it his wrong unintentionally. No communication from them either. ** Received a phone call since posting this review. They offered an apology blamed data entry. They went through their records and showed that I did the test drive in a completely different month and offered to pay the invoice. I do appreciate the follow up and acknowledgement, I still find data entry on a completely different month still hard to swallow.
